CEFRO is a not-for-profit organization established in 2021 by an interdisciplinary cohort of environmental scholars, grassroots mobilizers, and sustainability advocates. We are founded on the conviction that sustainable development transcends policy discourse, but it is a lived ethos that must be cultivated organically at the community level.
